Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Oak & Barley purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, accessories, jewelry, undergarments, and gift cards are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is received.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.
